If you have paid for a HuWoHo membership but the content is still locked, it could be because the subscription is associated with an earlier account and there are several accounts using the same Apple or Google Play Store ID.
First, please make sure you are logged into the correct email account. Please tap Profile from the menu, tap on your name or on profile, at the bottom of the page you will see the email that you used to login.
Kindly contact us and share a brief description of the problem you're having as well as any previous email addresses you might have used to register for an account. In addition, kindly provide us a copy of the receipt that you should have received via email from Google or Apple following the transaction.
