Refunds can typically be processed if requested within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund process depends on where you purchased your subscription:
Subscribed via Apple (iOS):
To request a refund, please contact Apple using the steps below. Apple handles all transactions on the App Store, so only they can provide a refund. We do not have access to your credit card or Apple account.
- Contact Apple support here: Apple Support.
- Tap on Billing & Subscriptions.
- Tap on Request a Refund.
- Tap on Continue.
- Tap on Get Started.
- Complete the form and select the HuWoHo purchase from the list.
- Tap on Submit.
Subscribed via Google (Android):
If you purchased through Google Play within the last 30 days, we can submit a refund request on your behalf. Please contact us with your HuWoHo account email, and we will assist you further.
